Counter Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter notification. A valid counter notification must include:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its original location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
